HOTEL CLOSED - Rebuild in Progress
                             Earthquake Update: 1-Feb-2012

Unfortunately due to damage sustained during the Christchurch earthquakes we are closed for trading as we complete a rebuild.

It is back to work after the Christmas & New Year holiday period with piling and foundation work underway on what is now a completely vacant site. Have a look at the progress photos below.

As we progress through the build process we will be providing monthly updates and information regarding a firm opening date, at this stage we are on track for the first half of 2013.

The roads around the Latimer Hotel have been reopened so feel free to drive past and have a look as the building begins to take shape! For those of you that are unable to do this we will continue to post updates online, or find us on Facebook.

We would love to hear your thoughts on progress and design so far, or any questions you may have.
