HOTEL CLOSED - Rebuild in Progress
                             Earthquake Update: 22-Sept-11

Thank you for visiting the Latimer Hotel website. Unfortunately due to damage sustained during the Christchurch earthquakes we are closed for trading. Do not fear however as we will be back!

Demolition is taking place as we speak, with a majority of the hotel already reduced to rubble, check out the photos below!

We are also in the final stages of the planning process, with finishing touches to be added. We have included a sneak preview of the perspectives for the new property above. This is a very exciting time for the Latimer Hotel and we cannot wait to unveil our brand new product in early 2013. Please continue to check back for continued updates as we progress through the rebuild!
